Enquiries, orders and acceptance
The app currently builds quote enquiries; submitting an enquiry or WhatsApp message is not payment or a confirmed order. We confirm product availability, pack sizes, price, delivery charge and payment instructions in writing. Review and correct your details before accepting a quote. An order is accepted when we send written confirmation. Payment is required before supply unless a written account arrangement applies. Keep your quotation, invoice and confirmation as your transaction record; request a copy by email if needed.
Prices and VAT
Prices are in South African rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT unless expressly marked excluding VAT. Delivery is charged separately and disclosed before payment. A quote confirms all products, quantities, VAT and delivery charges and the complete total payable. Quote validity is as stated on the quotation. We will notify you of a material pricing error before accepting an order; you may accept the corrected quote or cancel and receive any refund due. We do not change an agreed price retrospectively without your agreement.
Payments
Pay only against a confirmed quotation or invoice using the instructions supplied by Dynachem Southern Cape. EFT is available by arrangement. Lesaka is the selected online payment provider; live card checkout is awaiting merchant approval, integration and testing. A Lesaka preference in an enquiry does not take payment. Never send card numbers, CVVs, banking passwords or OTPs by email or WhatsApp. Once enabled, the approved secure checkout will display the full total before payment and provide a transaction/order confirmation.
Delivery and Friday collection
Delivery takes place within 5 days after payment is received. There is no minimum order. We serve the Garden Route, Southern Cape, Oudtshoorn and Klein Karoo. Delivery charges are confirmed in your quotation or order total before payment.
Scheduled urban delivery to Sedgefield is R125 including VAT for orders up to 100 litres or 100 kg. Larger orders, mixed litre-and-kilogram loads, farms and rural destinations require a separate delivery quote. Charges for other destinations are confirmed before you pay; estimates are not final charges.
Free Friday collection is available by meeting Tate anywhere in George by prior arrangement. Agree the meeting location and time before travelling. There is no permanent walk-in collection point advertised at present.
Provide accurate delivery details and a contact number. If an unexpected delay arises, we will contact you to agree a revised date or explain applicable cancellation/refund options. Any additional charge for an agreed re-delivery must be disclosed before it is incurred. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Contact Tate as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend an order. Cancellation before acceptance is available; after acceptance, any charge must be reasonable, disclosed and permitted by applicable law. Statutory cooling-off and defective-goods remedies take precedence. If we cannot supply an accepted order, we will offer an agreed alternative or refund any amount due. Read the Returns and refunds policy for conditions, costs, remedies and refund timing.
Product selection and safe use
Use each chemical only for its intended application and according to the current container label and safety data sheet. Confirm surface and equipment compatibility, dilution, protective equipment, ventilation, rinsing and storage requirements. Do not mix chemicals unless the manufacturer expressly directs it. Keep products in suitable labelled containers away from children, food and incompatible substances. Ask us for current safety information or technical advice before an unfamiliar application. Product information does not extend approved uses or guarantee a result for every surface.
Privacy, complaints and applicable law
Our Privacy policy explains how enquiry and order information is handled. Raise complaints with Tate using the contact details above. These terms are governed by South African law. No term excludes liability or restricts a consumer remedy where prohibited by law. Consumers retain access to applicable regulators, ombuds and courts. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights arising under an existing order.
